Brief Answer:
No pregnancy can be proved from the report

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I can't say whether you're pregnant or not from this report. The tests that would prove a pregnancy are beta-chorionic gonadotropin measurement in the blood or urine (the urine test is the pregnancy test that you did at home) and an ultrasound scan which should detect a growing fetus.

If you're pregnant remember to always ask your doctor before your take any drug. Since you've had a positive pregnancy test and a negative test too, you should do the blood test which is far more accurate than the urine tests.

Kind Regards!
