Brief Answer:
Insulin resistance only due to PCOD

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

Thank you for writing back.

Your HbA1c, and glucose levels are in normal limits. You are not even pre-diabetic.

You have slightly high insulin levels, which indicates that you are having slight insulin resistance due to may be PCOD. Meet your gynecologist and get the scan if needed, start Tab. Metformin. You will be alright.
Tips to decrease insulin resistance :
Physical activity, at least walk for an hour a day , reduce your weight if you are overweight. You try to avoid to much of carbohydrates, take more of green leafy vegetables, fruits, oats, millets, sprouts, fish, egg .
Avoid fried , processed , fast food stuff.

Get your thyroid hormone levels too.
You need to be away from stress . practice yoga, meditation , listen yo music to relax.

Take care and do contact for more queries.
Thanks .
