Question: Hi Doctor,

I am not sure what happened. I think you were not receiving my answers.
My previous answer : I'm sorry I'm not able to find that because it was from an old medical provider and I can't access my records anymore there remember it was normal then just don't remember the value.

I guess I should go to a Neurologist and also get my vitamin B12 and folate checked out?

Hi

Yes, I had answered that too. The system might be having issues.

I did get thyroid test when I did the b12 test amount other tests because at the time, a year ago, my doc was trying to figure out why my fingers were locking up at night. It turned out to be vitamin d3 deficiency. So at that time, she didn't say anything was wrong with the thyroid so I assumed everything was ok.

Not a vegetarian love meat and eat healthy.

Brief Answer:
Did you take treatment for vitamin D deficiency?

Detailed Answer:

Yes calcium and magnesium deficiency can cause tingling.
And since you had vitamin D3 deficiency, possibility of calcium deficiency at that time is high.
And both these deficiencies can cause tightening and locking of fingers.

At the time yes I did, I was thinking 5000 doses of vitamin D three and it corrected itself into weeks and I kept taking it for another two months. After that I didn't do any follow up and issue never came back. At the time my calcium level was normal

Brief Answer:
Have you ever undergone hormone study?

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
So you are having history of menstrual abnormalities for years. You were also having smaller breasts.
So by putting these two togather, possibility of delayed sexual development due to hormonal deficiency is more likely in your case.
So please let me know
1. Have you ever undergone hormonal study like Estrogen, progesterone, FSH and LH?
2. Have you ever consulted gynecologist?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Hormonal imbalance has great impact on woman psychology.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
Hormones play very vital role in woman's healthy life.
Healthy life includes physical and mental both.
If you are having hormonal imbalance then possibility of hidden stress, anxiety, fearfulness etc is high.
And these all contribute to your breathing difficulty.
Hormonal imbalance is the main cause for mood swings and other psychiatric problems in post menopausal women. So hormones do play very important role in women's overall health. And it is scientifically proven too.
So better to get done hormone levels.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
