Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am happy to know you are committed to educating the teens on the adverse effects of alcohols. I think sensitization is a very important arm in the war for the fight against alcohol abuse. The following are some of the complications inked to alcohol consumption.

1. Drunkenness with all the associated complications like fighting, irrational sexual encounters, poor concentration, irrational use of finances, etc.
2. Lack of self control when tipsy or drunk, delinquency, poor performance at school, drop outs, other drugs abuse, failure to secure a good job in future or even been fired fro current position.
3. Heart disease like hyoertension, heart failure, irregular heart rhythm, etc
4. Liver failure, cirrhosis, cancer of the liver, etc
5. Cancer of the mouth, stomach, etc
6. Pancreatic diseases and cancer
7. Obesity and its complications like high blood pressure, diabetes, excess weight
8. blood clotting abnormalities
9. poor quality of sleep, early morning headaches,
10. poor nutrition leading to anemia, vitamins and mineral deficiency.
11. brain degeneration especially during withdrawal...wernicke korsakoff syndrome

Drinking alcohol is against the law for persons under 21years of age. Excess alcohol consumption negatively impacts the health of individuals both in the short run and long run. Staying away fro alcohol or drinking minimum quantities is the best practice. If you drive, don't drink and if you drink, don't drive.

If you think you drink more than you can handle, then you need to talk to your doctor as soon as possible. There are multiple groups that can help get you off alcohol.

I hope this helps and provides much information for you to give to your intended audience for sensitization purposes. If you want some more specifics, please do not hesitate to get back to me.
