Question: I have low blood pressure (88/55) and I accidentally took my husbands ramipril. Should I worry?

The main concerning side effect would be a further reduction in your blood pressure.

You can try to counteract this by increasing your fluid and salt intake today.

Salt increases blood pressure by encouraging the body to retain more fluid. By doing this and also increasing the fluids that you use orally (once you have no reason that you cannot use increased fluids eg heart failure, kidney failure) , you should be able to increase and maintain a good blood pressure
