What Are The Side Effects Of Cialis?

default
Posted on Fri, 4 Dec 2015
Question: I am having a strange reaction to Cialis. I was taking Suboxone previously for 6 years. And about a year ago I was prescribed cialis to be taken daily (5mg although I only took 2.5mg). Back then I also took Suboxone. I took it for 30 days and didn't have any serious problems at all. Back in XXXXXXX I stopped taking Suboxone. And even without Cialis I noticed that sometimes I would get up in the middle of the night and need to pee in order to get an erection to go away. Sometimes it was slightly painful but not too bad (and never continued to hurt afterwards).

3 days ago I took cialis for the first time in over a year. This time for the first time without suboxone. The same thing happened I woke up in the middle of the night and had to pee in order to get the erection to go away. However after it went away my penis remained very sore. To the point where I couldn't even sleep. And it has remained very sore for 3 days now. Maybe it got a little better but not much.

There is no discoloration. Nothing at all if you look at it. It just hurts.

The erection I had the night I took the cialis. I don't know how long it lasted before I woke up. It did go away once I woke up. But before that I slept for 5 hours. For all I know it was erect all 5 hours (or maybe 10 minutes I have no idea).

It's not from overuse, or blisters or anything like that. It feels like something internal like nerve damage or something.

I'm very concerned thinking about going to the ER. What could this be?

(I am aware of priapism and the symptoms but this one didn't "not go away", it did go away, however it just remained sore afterwards, this is whats worrying me)

Brief Answer:
Stop cialis. Full stop.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. The answer lies in the question. Age of 32 is too old to use cialis. Nothing is wrong. Prolonged erections are neither priapism and nor any other organic pathology. Cialis causes this as it is meant for old age people with sexual functions decline and hormonal imbalance. You at the age of 32 dont need that.

apart from it, sleep time itself can lead to persistent erections sometimes as that is a parasympathetic response. Taking cialis worsened it. That explains the sore.

You not feeling it with suboxone was due to analgesic properties of suboxone. Quitting suboxone made the soreness a symptom and you noticed it.

Nutshell quit cialis, use normal functions of your body to reach climax and pleasure, seek a sex therapist if need be and you wont have a problem. Its not priapism so no need to go to emergency. All you gotta do is stop taking cialis.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
