What Are The Side Effects Of CCQ-50, Adova And Fertisure F?
Question: I and my wife are trying to conceive since last 1.5 year. We have taken CCQ 50 tablet for 6 cycles but there was no positive result. Recently doctor suggested to take CCQ 50, Adova tablet (2 nos. everyday) and Fertisure F from 3rd day of Periods. After that on 7th day we need to visit the gynecologist and some injection will be given.
I would like to know the side effects of taking all this 3 medicines together. Will it have any harmful side effects in future?

It is of no point to take multiple medications without finding the cause of infertility.
Since you have had some tests done already, you should get tests done to check for the potency of fallopian tubes of your wife. It is important to get evaluated completely before starting any treatment.
If all factors like semen, ovary, tube, cervix have been ruled out then it is a case of unexplained infertility.
It's best to try identify the cause first.
You could send me details of all tests done uptill now.

I have uploaded herewith the test reports of my wife (Fertility Test and Hormones Test) and my Semen Report for your reference.

The hormonal profile suggests that her FSH/LH ratio is pointing towards polycystic ovarian syndrome.
The sperm count appears normal.
Tubal patency tests such as HSG(hysterosalphingogarphy) is recommended to know about the tubes and rule out tubal factor.
With out doing the tests for tubal factor, medications for egg formation as given by your doctor would not be of use if there is a tubal disease. Best to get HSG done before taking medications for ovulation.
The Adova (anastrazole) and CCQ (clomiphene) should not be taken together as both cause ovulation induction and any one should be enough. They are not known to be synergistic and should not be used together.
The Fertisure is just multivitamins and minerals to help improve general health.
Better to do tubal patency tests before taking medications.
