What Are The Risks Of STD After Mutual Masturbation?

default
Posted on Thu, 16 Apr 2015
Question: I participated in mutual masturbation with two other men yesterday at an Adult Bookstore. Two of us wore condoms and masturbated each other and ourselves and touched each others testicles. The third man joined and received oral sex from the man I was mutually masturbating with at the same time. I know I touched both of their testicles but had no direct skin to skin contact with either. I ended the session by ejaculating with the condom off and left the bookstore washing my hands and taking a shower within an hour and urinating soon after.

I have read the answers to such questions posted to Dr Hook and Dr Handsfield on MedHelp.org and both say there is no to little risk for such mutual masturbation actives when is comes to HIV, Herpes and STD bacterial and testing was not needed because this was "Mutual Masturbation". Both told others to move on and having sex with the Girl Friend and or Wife was OK.

My indescretion has me worried about having sex with my wife and the whole thing kinda has me a little worried.

Sounds like I can move on with no testing and can continue to have unprotected sex with my wife?

I am no sure why I continue to exhibit such behavior and know it has to stop now !!!!!

I would appreciate your thoughts on the matter, the need for HIV & STD testing and continued sex with my wife.

Thank you

I really appreciate and admire your sense of concern not only for you but also your wife.

Well, after reading each and every point with great care and correlating all the facts with diligence let me reassure you that you have no any chance of any STD s in your case.

For yourself it might be just repetition of words what you have read previously also. But for us it is an issue of great care where we have to provide am honest and genuine suggestion.

It is on the basis of the fact that all or most of the STDs spreads by means of exchange of genital or relayed fluids or by mixing of blood to blood. In case if there is such kind of contact of blood or genital fluid is present then there is always a chance of STD.

In your case you did the wise thing if wearing the condom as well as there was no contact of genital fluids. So there is no any chance of any of STD including HIV.

Dr. Kanodia,

Thank you for your quick response, I have a few questions that will further ease my mind (sorry it is just anxiety and guilt).

I truly believe that "So I reassure you fully that there is no chance of any STD in your case".

Just extra assurance (sorry it is just anxiety and guilt).

So you have no concerns regarding hand to genital contact (HSV,HPV or Syphilis)?

"I know I touched both of their testicles but had no direct skin to skin contact with either".

So you have no concerns regarding ?

"I ended the session by ejaculating with the condom off"?

Sounds like I can move on with no testing and can continue to have unprotected sex with my wife?

Forgive me for my additional questions, but the the event has created a lot of anxiety and guilt.

I cannot do this ever again for the sake of my wife and myself, it truly was a selfish act on my part.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
My all best wishes for your healthy life.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Welcome back to the forum and thanks a lot for your swift response.

I can very well understand the part of anxiety after the incidence. It is basically a kind of guilt feeling which is quite common after such kind of incidence. I am cent percent confident that you ate the lucky one to gave no chance of getting any STD.

As I explained that STDs basically spread by exchange of fluids whether genital or blood. That too occurs if both the persons gave open cuts or active sores at the site if contact. Your kind of contact is just like skin to skin contact which all of us can have during hand shake. So if hand shakes kind if contact could spread STDs then half of this world would have had been suffering from one or the other STDs .....which is actually not ! ! !

So allay all your fears regarding the possibility of any Sexually transmitted infection in yourself.

Just relax and don't worry.

My all best wishes for your healthy life.
