Brief Answer:
Watch out for acute side effects, nothing serious

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM
Thank you for asking.
After studying your complaint and history,
my interpretations:
1) This is a situation of acute prednisolone overdose.
2) I am looking at two possibilities that are likely occur 1) acute side effects of prednisolone and 2) allergic reaction to it.

My suggestions to you are
1) Do not worry, prednisolone at 8 mg is not known to cause serious side effects. You should look out for symptoms of dizziness, nausea, headache, irritability, anxiety, and sleep disturbances, etc these are some side effects that can occur in your case. They are not lethal and would subside spontaneously.
2) In case there is no major discomfort today, continue taking medications as prescribed by the clinician, and do not skip the dose.
3) Immediately report and stop the mediation if you are allergic to it, which could be indicated by symptoms of intense itching, hives, breathlessness, rashes, swelling, etc.

Revert back for more suggestions.
Stay healthy.
