Brief Answer:
He needs to be observed for certain signs & symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr. XXXXXXX Hi
Good evening!

I appreciate your concern for your beloved son who appears to have accidentally swallowed 3-4 tablets of Thyronorm.

There is nothing to worry as long he is doing well.

However since this intake amounts to causing certain side effects, you are therefore advised to keep a watch on certain signs and symptoms that may be harmful to him like fast and irregular heart beats, irritability, tremors, shortness of breath, high body temperature, headache and leg cramps.

If he shows one or other signs and symptoms as mentioned above, he must be taken immediately to ER (casualty) for further evaluation and the treatment.

As a precautionary measure I would like to advise you
1. To keep this medication in the tightly closed container it came in and beyond the reach of children.
2. Store it at room temperature and away from excess heat and moisture (not in the bathroom)

Hope the suggestions given above could be useful to you.

Best regards.
