Question: I missed my 4th rabies vaccine by 3 days. Am I going to die? What should I do?

I'm not in the same city as the doctor who started the treatment. So a doctor here in my current city is refusing to take the 4th shot saying it's unnecessary since I only got a shallow scratch.

How true is this? Should I try another hospital?
