Brief Answer:
Likely to be side effects of steroid used

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir,

Dexaona is Dexamethasone which is a potent steroid. Long term use of this may cause the following
1. Acid peptic disease
2. Behavioural abnormality like depression

Steroids should generally be avoided and used only if specifically indicated.
The whole body skin rash is likely to be side effect of steroid.

It is not your Liver which is likely to be affected, the cause is more likely to be drug induced acid peptic disease. So consultation with General Surgeon or Gastroenterologist is required.

Take Care
