Confirmation of pregnancy can be done with urine pregnancy test which comes positive soon after missed periods.
So in case you are doubtful of pregnancy do a urine pregnancy test.

Thank u for reply.. I took pregnancy test and its positive..feeling blessed..
Now my concern is my last period was on 17.06.2015 and i not had period this month and pregnancy test is also positive.. But i m not feeling any other symptoms of pregnancy.. is this everything ok with me ?
When one should start consulting gynaecologist for further progress.

Wait for at least two weeks and then get an ultrasound done along with blood tests and doctor consultation.
Tillake a note of the following points -
- have a good rest with no exertion at all
- take ample amount of water
- take good amount of milk and green leafy vegetables
- almonds and walnuts are very good and should be taken on daily basis
- avoid any kind of stress
- start taking Folic acid tablets daily.
