Dear XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and following are the answers for them :

Full body check up is essentially done to look for any ongoing pathology in the body and / to detect any pathology at sub-clinical level or even to find anything incidentally..

At your age, assuming that you don't have any past medical history or any significant ailments, the following tests can be included in Masterhealth check up

(i) Blood tests i.e.
Complete blood count includind ESR and Peripheral Blood smear,
Liver function test along with Amylase and Lipase,
Electrolytes and Kidney function test,
Lipid profile,
Thyroid function test(FT3,FT4, TSH),
RBS,FBS and HbA1c test,
Iron Profile,
Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels,

(ii) 12 lead-ECG and 2D-Echocardiography

(iii) Urine Routine and microscopy,

(iv) Chest X -ray

(v) Ultrasonography of whole abdomen,

(vi) Fundoscopy and eye-check-up,

(vii) Audiometry and ear check-up,

(viii) Oral and Dental Check-up,

These are just the basic investigations. Other tests can be done on the recommendation of your physician after clinical examination and any relevant findings..

Let me know if there's any further doubts..

Take Care
Regards

Brief Answer:
Follow the Advises..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Welcome Back,

Actually all of the above mentioned tests are at the very basic level only..

For your convenience just go ahead with the following list :

Complete blood count including ESR and Peripheral Blood smear,
Liver function test ,
Electrolytes and Kidney function test,
Lipid profile,

Thyroid function test(FT3,FT4, TSH),

RBS, FBS and HbA1c ,

Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels
12 lead-ECG and 2D-Echocardiography

Urine Routine and microscopy,

Chest X -Ray,
Ultrasonography of whole abdomen - I've concised the list for you so that it can cover up maximum, just go through it and let me know if any further doubts are there..

By the way , let me tell you that there are hundreds of different tests available only for detection of cancers of various kind, unless you're having any specific signs and symptoms, they'll only create more confusion - so it's better not to go in that path .

If you still think the other way around then let me know about your current health status, past medical history , any kind of health related problems which is bothering you , occupation history , family history of any kind of cancer(if any) or any significant ailments at first so that I can narrow down the most relevant ones for you..

Hope I've cleared your doubts..just relax ..

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
relax.. don't worry so much.. things will be better pretty soon..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX , thanks for following back,

You don't need any special tests then , just go those tests(the concise list) which I've mentioned in my previous reply and that'll give enough details..

Nothing to worry as such.. be happy.. do what makes you happy..

Go for movies, listen to music, get engaged in to physical activities(30-45 min of jogging in the park will do) , don't stay at home during the evening hours- it'll take your mind off and make you feel relaxed..

Take Care
Kind regards

Brief Answer:
follow the advises.. maintain a healthy lifestyle..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Welcome back,

Yes I've reviewed your all of your reports and the first thing about them is you don't seem to have either Diabetes or any thyroid disorder..

But from your LFT and lipid profile, it's quite apparent that you're having dyslipidemia along with hyperuricemia..now there's a need to undergo for USG of whole abdomen which will give a picture of the internal organs along with the liver(if there's any element of Fatty Liver or not)

This will require complete diet and lifestyle modification ..

Stop taking any alcohol(if you do)..try to avoid any kind of junk, deep fried foods as well as those fizzy carbonated beverages..

You need to get in touch with a Dietitian for a complete diet chart as per your need, High fiber, mod. protein , mod. carb and low fat diet..

Try to drink a lot of water(3-4 Ltr per day) along with at least an hour of physical activities (better if you join a gym for a comprehensive result under supervision)..

Include a lot of green leafy vegetables in your diet along with lot of fish and mediterranean diet plans, it'll help in reduction of weight as well as lowering of Cholesterol..

At this time , before prescribing any medications , I'd strongly suggest you to get thoroughly physically evaluated by an Internal Medicine Specialist which will give a clearer picture in this regard..

Let me know how you stay in the due course..

Take Care
Kind Regards

I went for the USG of whole abdomen and nothing came out in the test, the Dr said the liver is bit happy (grade1) but it is generally the case with everybody so nothing to worry about. I have to still collect the hard copy of the report so can't upload, plz suggest the next steps.

Brief Answer:
follow as already advised

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Welcome Back,

Now Grade I Fatty liver is early onset fatty liver which, if controlled in the beginning should not progress in to the more severe stages, so you need to follow those advises including diet and lifestyle modifications as I've already advised in my previous answer..So please go back to the previous reply and try to implement them at the earliest..

Now I believe it's the Radiologist(the doctor who read your USG reports, they are specialized in imaging only) whose opinion you're mentioning, request you to kindly get in touch with a Gastro-enterologist who'll examine you thoroughly at first and then guide accordingly..

So , after the physical examination and eliciting your thorough history, he can put you on to lipid-lowering medications if he feels you need them..

But that being said, you'll needing to diet and lifestyle changes for future betterment and further control over your dyslipidemia..(which also includes maintaining well hydration, abstinence from alcohol-if any , daily physical activities etc.)

So these are all the next course of action .. Let me know if there's any doubts..

Take Care
Kind Regards
