Herpes simplex other STDs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
It depends on STDs in partner also.if he is free there are no chances of STDs.
STDs can transmit by oral sex like herpes , HIV ( very rarely) etc.
You can go for STDs testing like VDRL , HIV ,Herpes antibody test depending on time since exposure.

Other STDs tests isn't necessary if you have no symptoms.
You can get back for any clarification

Brief Answer:
HIV RNA PCR

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query.

I do not see any need, if no symptoms are there for STDs and herpes. For herpes also, IGG antibody test is available, better done if symptoms and after few days of symptoms to be reliable.

If you want to rule out HIV you can go for HIV RNA PCR after 12 days of exposure.

Other tests if symptoms appear. Otherwise need not worry.

You can get back for any clarification else close the discussion and rate.

Thank you
Dr Bharatesh
