Brief Answer:
You don't need to worry and can relax.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Receiving oral sex for man is considered no risk or very low risk for transmitting HIV. There are no cases which had reported like that also. So You don't need to worry. But other STDs like Gonorrhea , chlamydia and syphilis have chance. If your tests for these are negative no need to worry also.
Itching can be due to fungal infection. Using creams or ointments containing anti fungal agents like miconazole and corticosteroid hydrocortisone for local application will be helpful to clear it.Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area and instead you can use just warm water.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

Be have protected sex including protected oral sex next time. Most of the time physicians give you STD tests to give you full assurance. So if your tests are fine then nothing to worry. For HIV taking a HIV Duo test after 28 days of exposure give almost 100 percent reliable result. You can go on with protected and safe sex.
If getting more anxious again then get a counselling session with psychologist. This will help to settle your anxiety and fear in such case.

Brief Answer:
You can have protected sex.

Thank you for your follow up.

You can have protected sex with your wife. If you already 1 month after your exposure and done HIV antigen test or Duo test and negative then you are clear from that. But fungal infections also can spread to your partner. So if you have itching use anti fungal ointments. Avoid unprotected sex for 2 weeks.
