Question: fingered by a guy quite rough nails in vagina and rectum possably bleed inside then he went down on me. I didn't have any outside cuts ...HIV risk?!??

This is not considered risky activity, but there is some theoretical risk so it cant be 100% ruled out. For HIV infection, it is required prolonged contact between 2 bleeding mucosal wounds so I dont think you should be concerned. However,if there is indication that partner is HIV +, you should do test. Wish you good health. Regards
