Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.

Probiotics help you by providing normal flora to the body that aids in digestion.
To help you better, provide me following details:
1. Since when are you having this?
2. Any pain in abdomen?
3. Any loose stools associated?
4. Any particular diet that makes you feel that? Any particular symptom noted with milk products?
5. Any history of anemia?
6. Any burping or gastritis associated?
7. Have you ever got your thyroid profile done?
8. Are you always constipated?

I am trying to rule out following conditions:
1. Acid peptic disease

Brief Answer:
Detail Follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
I appreciate your point wise reply.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Acid Peptic Disease associated with constipation.
I advise you following:
1. To take soft, bland diet
2. To take a combination of Pantoprazole and domperidone once a day
3. To take Softovac powder three teaspoonful in night with a cup of water.
4. Avoid smoking and alcohol , in case you do that.
5. As far as probiotics are considered, curd is a very rich source of probiotic, so you can take that in your meals. If still, you want to take a probiotic medicine, you can take Vizylac or Bifilac.

I hope this helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
