Uneasiness, Weakness, Chest Pain, Back Pain. USG Said Hepatomegaly, Liver Size Enlarged. Advise Food And Lifestyle?
Question: hi, i am feeling uneasy for last 7 days , weakness, drowsy, right side chest pain, and also continuous back pain right side ..some uneasy feeling between the ribs cage ..got USG and it says mild hepatomegaly with slightly coarse echotexture..liver size enlarged 14 cm ..ECG within normal limit , pressure 136-84, Bilirubine 2.1 and SGPT 39..please advice for food and lifestyle..also the medication

1) Mild pain in right chest and burning sensation in chest also some occasional l cramp in stomach.
2. Not particularly ..sometime when feeling uneasy and the stomach feel like full also some breathlessness

4. After taking some liquid antacid
5. Normal ..non veg type.

8. Sompraz in morning before breakfast, Dipep and orni o twice after meal

I would suggest you avoid oily meals, fried foods and spicy/fermented meals
Get a liver function test done after 2 weeks, if yet the bilirubin remains high you should see a gastroentrologist
Continue Sompraz and dipep both twice a day before breakfast and before dinner
Stop Orni-O after seven days and take it after breakfast and after dinner
Avoid alcohol strictly
