I have a tingling feeling in my urethra .Do I have an infection? I'm 20 yr old female

Thanks for your query.
The common symptoms of urine,constant desire to pass urine,burning in urine,cramps in lower abdomen and fever if there is severe infection.
Constant desire to pass urine can give a sensation like that of tingling.
See if you have any of these symptoms and write back.
Another way to find out whether you have infection is to get a urine routine test done.
