My testosterone level is very low. My wife is 17 years younger than me and I have not been able to get an erection for almost 2 years. What is available over the counter that will really help me?

Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Erectile Dysfunction.

With increasing age Serum Testosterone levels goes on decreasing by one % per year this along with hypertension is the cause of your erectile dysfunction.
Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet XXXXXXX in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and further treatment.

Use of Sildenafil or Tadanafil will help you to get good hard erection however being a scheduled drug it is available only on prescription of a qualified Doctor.
