Brief Answer:
Probably Hepatitis A, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I already reviewed the reports. The results are as follows:

- Bilirubin, liver enzymes and ERS level are higher than normal range, which indicates a liver inflammation
- Hemoglobin and red blood cells are lower that normal range which indicates a possible anemia
- Vitamin B12 is lower that normal range

In my opinion the symptoms can be related to hepatitis A.
It is a liver infection caused by the hepatitis A virus.
You can get hepatitis A from contaminated food or water.
Most people recover completely and do not need any treatment.
I suggest to take a vitamin B complex based on the low levels of vitamin B.

Regarding the low hemoglobin level I suggest to do a ferritin and sideremia blood test for further evaluation.
If the anemia is caused by low iron blood level you should also take an iron supplement.
Meanwhile, I suggest to follow a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy, rest and drink liquids.

You should not be worried, you will probably feel better after a few days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!
