Brief Answer:
Antihypertensive regimen requires alteration. Periodic monitoring of BP imp

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Let me assure you that you can ask a question on HealthcareMagic even without installing the app. All you need to do is to log in to www.healthcaremagic.com using your browser and sign in to your account. However, you have already posted this question which I am currently answering. You will also get an email with the answer I post.

Coming to your query, high blood pressures like this need desperate control. Regular medication without missing doses is very important. If you are ensuring a regular medicine intake, you need to talk to your doctor about alteration in the antihypertensive regimen. It requires proper follow up and dose titration.

The other medicines seem proper. The increased blood pressure creates increased taxation on the heart and is precipitating the angina and rhythm disturbances. If that does not take care of the situation, the next thing to do is to get a TMT and a 24 hours ECG Holter Monitoring done.,

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
Heart rate is fine.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. A heart rate between 89-128 per minute is fine. However I was looking for the number of episodes of arrhythmia and what sort of arrythmia is there, if any.

TMT stands for tread mill test. You need to be walking on a walker as an ECG is taken. It is checked if there are significant changes in the ECG on exertion.

Let me know if I could help further.
