Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

You will pass a blood cotinine test in 5 days if you do not smoke any tobacco for 7 days prior to the test. Tobacco stays in the system and is detectable by this test for 7 days. Not smoking prior 7 days before the test is the only way to ensure you will pass. There is nothing you can do to speed up the exit of tobacco from your body. As it stands, you will pass.
