Needs work up and Management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Miscarriage at age of 41 needs to be evaluated for the cause. Your age is a little troublesome for conception. Please consult a gynecologist and a fertility consultant. Let them find out other apprehensions to conception , cervical patency, uterine causes like fibroids, work up for other causes of abortions like lupus, antiphospholipid syndrome, infections etc. Your doctor will help you conceive and make sure abortion does not happen again. You have still a few good years to conceive so hope for the best.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Usually first miscarriage is observed and is usually followed by a smoother pregnancy. Age of 41 may be a bit challenge. stick to folates and ovulation dates and have adequate coitaus around ovulation dates and hope for the best. you can request fertility consultant to help you with assisted reproductive techniques as you dont have much time after wards. They will help you with conception and may get you a twin as well.

I hope it helps.
