Question: Can you help me gain weight? I am 27 yrs old. Height is 5'1". Weight is 101lbs.

Thank you for your quick response doctor. I do not eat meat that much because I get constipated. Any advice where I can get more protein aside from meat? Also, I don't eat hard food like nuts due to my braces. Help.

3. Fava beans and soya beans :Are the richest source of proteins.
4. Nuts and seeds
