Question: Can you decrease GGT levels fast with a diet coffee and nuts and veg and fruit? Or any other suggestions? Thanks
I don't know what mine is but I want to register with a locum agency, and don't want it to be high. It was 40 3 years ago. I drink 500ml wine daily. I stopped alcohol 2 days ago.

You mean drink loads of water, without getting water intoxication?

Or lots of water and coffee?

Detailed Answer:
I don't mean drinking excessive amounts of water. Drinking 2 to 3 L of water in a 24-hour period would be reasonable.

I would consume coffee only in moderation.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
