Detailed Answer:
Hi!

Welcome to health care magic!

I am Dr. Saddiq Ul Abidin. I have read your problem in detail and will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, I am deeply saddened with your loss. And no words can equal, the pain you must have gone through. Moreover, I am sorry that you have to go through all this while coping with post trauma phase. Your position is fully understandable.

Dear! We have to look to the future now, and we need to find a way to carry on with our lives, as there are others around us who need us, in their lives. We have to make them the reason to carry on with our lives.

I would try to make some suggestions here. First, try to look for few non pharmacological options first like, sessions with a psychologist and try to distract yourself with getting extra social for a while and do outings with your children and try to hang out with your friends and Co families.

If you still want to go to medicines, I would suggest you, that using benzodiazapines alone is not advisable, as it may be associated with severe withdraw sysmtoms. Try to get to use SSRIs and benzo combination for a month or two, like ecetalopram with alprolazolam, but all these options should be availed after discussing with your psychiatrist. Start from low doses is advisable normally like alprolazolam from 0.5mg and ecetalopram 10mg but, again after detailed discussion with the psychiatrist and try not to do self medication for this purpose.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. kindly rate me to maximum before closing, and leave your feedback if possible.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ul abidin.
