Brief Answer:
There are a few things you can do

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Health Care Magic, Thanks for writing to us,

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad, I have read your question, I understand your concern and will try to help you in the best possible way.

Hickey is actually just like a bruise which is caused by breakage of blood vessels under the skin making blood gather under the skin thus causing the appearance.

It may take some time to go but there are a few measures which you can take to make it go fast.

Few things which i am going to mention here are already being done by you I would advise you to continue those measures as well as work on the following suggestions.

1) Icing is helpful to reduce edema and inflammation.

2)You can take a chilled spoon and rub it for 10 minutes thrice a day.

3) As there is blood gathered under the skin which is giving the pigmentation under the skin so you can warm compresses to the area this dilates the blood vessels under the skin and thus clearing up of the area gets quicker.

More blood clears the debris quickly.

4) Oil massage:
Massaging the area with oil helps increasing the blood flow and clearing up the clots quick.

5) Choosing suitable clothes:
Hickey can be hidden by choosing clothes which cover the visible mark like high neck shirts or high collar ones(which ever works).

6) Fake tan:
It can be covered by fake XXXXXXX to make it less visible.

7) Temporary Tattoo:

Get a trendy temporary tattoo which may look good plus hides the mark well.

Hopefully these suggestions will help you some way or the other.
