Brief Answer:
Is available - please consult a Doctor in your area or city / Govt Hospital

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Nice to see you again on this forum.

Swine flu : the hottest topic in medical field and the population, media, Government agencies and all.
You have asked a very important question.

Yes, the vaccines are available for the age groups you have asked for.
It is administered as a nasal spray only, preferably in high risk groups.
You can certainly consult the Swine flu control cell at the Government hospital if that is available and / or the Physician / ENT Surgeon in your city.
In XXXXXXX the vaccine is supplied by a few companies and may be available in your area / city.

Just to add on an important point:
The best way to avoid the Swine flu or any flu for that matter is as follows:
Avoid exposure to the virus.
This is done by frequent hand washing, not touching your hands to your face (especially the nose and mouth), and avoiding any close proximity to or touching any person who may have flu symptoms.
Good hygiene and cleaning with soap and water or alcohol-based hand disinfectants are also recommended.
Face masks may help prevent getting airborne flu viruses (for example, from a cough or sneeze), the better use for masks would be on those people who have symptoms and sneeze or cough.
-Another best way is to have good natural resistance by healthy foods, fruits, multivitamins, exercises. As you must be knowing that everyone does not get the Flu, particularly those who have good resistance power.
PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE..

I hope this answer helps you and please feel free if you have any relevant queries or if you feel that there is a gap-of-communication.
