Brief Answer:
nothing much can be done

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and thanks for the query,

From your audiogram it appears that your nerve in the ear is weak
.
But I am sorry, there is very little that can be done to regain your hearing.
Nerve deafness cannot be cured easily.

You should also consider getting a hearing aid.

Brief Answer:
hearing aid is very effective

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The sound that you are hearing is called tinnitus, it is because of the weak nerve. There is no surgery for tinnitus but you can talk to your doctor about tinnitus maskers. Using hearing aids also helps control tinnitus. You can also play a radio at low volume at night to avoid tinnitus.

Hearing due to a weak nerve cannot improve with any medications or surgery.

Hearing due to a weak nerve can be improved with a hearing aid.

Hearing aids avialable today are very good. I would suggest you go for a digital hearing aid. They start at 11,000 and can go up to a few lakhs. They are durable and need only battery change. Your audiologist will have all varieties and brands, you can see for yourself. Smallest hearing aids fit into the ear canal and are barely visible.

Brief Answer:
no treatment for nerve deafness

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for the details.
Your audiogram shows nerve deafness, so probably the fracture has caused nerve injury or injury to the cochlea which is the sense organ for hearing.
There is no treatment for such damage. Nerve or cochlea once damaged by trauma cannot be repaired. Some amount of improvement happens but no significant improvement occurs after 6 months of injury.
You should consider hearing aids as an option.
