Brief Answer:
Rate of reduction in level of liver enzymes depends on cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,
Rate of reduction in level of liver enzymes depends on cause.
It can be acute like in infective hepatitis (Jaundice) or chronic as in fatty liver or chronic liver failure.
Since your enzymes have come down in 20 days I think if you are patient, they will soon come to normal.
Can you tell me what medications you are on?
And what diet changes you have made?
I think I may be able to help you reduce levels faster if you reply.
Please revert back.
