I have fallen in the bathroom.Getting severe wrist pain?Any pain killers?

I can certainly your concerns.

As per the mechanism of injury, the possibility of Fracture is high.

Fracture particularly Colles fracture has to be ruled out.

For this, I advise you to get an AP and lateral view of the wrist.

Meanwhile, analgesics like Flexon will help a lot to get over the pain.
Please check with your physician if he can prescribe them to you.

Further management is if any is based on the test results.
