Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your MRI report but you have not mentioned about the suffering you are going through. These MRI finding are suggestive of common bone weakness (osteopenia) leading to non traumatic compression of vertebrae along with age related degenerative changes. These cannot be reversed but there further progression can be made slow by-
1. Regular neck and shoulder exercises.
2. Take balanced diet rich in calcium (1000mg/day) and vitamin D (1000 i.u. /day) along with vitaminB12, B6.

Hope this information suffices.
Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
It’s good to see you
After going through the whole discussion we had, the MRI changes alone cannot decide the treatment you need, until and unless you have symptoms produced because of them like radiating pain, weakness of grip and numbness in hand. I hope you do not have any of the above symptoms.
Do not worry about the MRI report, you do not require any active treatment. So, you may continue with the exercises and dietary advice as given earlier.

Hope this helps
