Question: hi i'm 21 years old and for the past week have experienced watery vaginal discharge a lot at all times of the day. it doesn't smell, and it is exactly like water theres no makeup of it, and its clear. Nothing else is bothersome, there is not burning or itching. Why is this all of the sudden happening to me? What could it mean ?

Brief Answer:
physiological vaginal discharge

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
If you are experiencing clear watery vaginal discharge without any smell or itching during the mid cycle , then it could be normal physiological excessive vaginal discharge which occurs during the ovulation time when the LH surge occurs and oestrogen levels are high.
Or another possibility is cervical erosions or cervicitis which can present with similar watery excessive vaginal discharge which requires an per speculum exam for confirmation.

Please get a per speculum exam done.
Regards
