Brief Answer:
Need more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query. If you give some more information then it will be more helpful.
Do you have any abdominal pain?
Any pain or discomfort while urination?
If possible please upload the test reports.

It can be most likely due to gastritis. Taking proton pump inhibitors like rabeprazole and anti emetic like domperidone will be helpful. If not improving then injections of these and IV fluids will be required.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Most likely post cholecystectomial syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again

Thank you for your follow up.

Your problem can be most likely due to post cholecystectomial syndrome. Sphincter of oddi dysfunction and biliary microlithiasis can be the reason.
Oral ursodeocholic acid will be beneficial. Enzyme preparations antispasmodics and diet restrictions with fat free food also will be needed.

Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
