Question: I'm a diabetic patient, having gastric stomach and feel vomiting and bloating all the time, so I want to know is it good to take dizene for my stomach problem

To recapitulate: Female/35 - diabetic taking Glizid-M - Ganaton for gastric problems - feeling vomiting and bloating all the time - wants to know whether to take Digene for stomach problems...

Yes Digene is a good medicine for stomach problem, preferably for acidity neutralization and bloating. Take this when you are on empty stomach.
I would also advise you the following:
Go for gastric emptying studies as you are diabetic.
Diabetes can cause a condition called gastroparesis with the symptoms that you have.
It is good that you are already taking Ganaton as this helps emptying the stomach properly.
You also take a PPI like Omeprazole if there is acidity problem or seen any changes on upper GI Endoscopy.
