Brief Answer:
You need to test Calcium, electrolytes, iron, vitamin D and B12.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to Health care magic,

You need to test Calcium, electrolytes, iron, vitamin D. These are easily available in any lab and are the common deficiencies.

After you get the report you can be advised supplements.

Regarding B 12--take any supplement with 1500 micrograms of B 12 a day for 3 months and then repeat your test to decide whether you need to continue the supplements.

If you take 5 fruits, half Kg assorted vegetables, 2 cups of mixed dals, half a cup of sprouts, 3 cups curds, 3 cups milk/tea/coffee,( whole wheat chappattis and unpolished rice according to requirement) plus chicken without skin or fish or egg white if non vegetarian --a day--you will get all minerals and vitamins.

But if you like you can take any multivitamin, multimineral supplement twice a week additionally.
