Question: Hi my name is XXXXXXX I have been dealing with Vestibular neuronitis since Christmas. It came on fast one night then I felt funny for a while. I started getting better then recently I feel worse. I have a rocking feeling. I went to a physical therapist and he did testing on me and said I didn't have any signs or anything neurological. I also started vrt therapy. is it unusual to have these sensations of like being drunk? I just want to feel better.

Brief Answer: Be patient, you will be fine Detailed Answer: Hi dear, I am sorry for the symptoms you are experiencing but you have to be patient, it needs time but at the end you will be fine. To avoid that feeling make small movements and be carefull while change the body position, try to change position with your yes closed than start walking! You should discuss with your doctor the possibility of starting betahistine with vitamins! Objective vertigo isn't risky so don't worry, sometimes it needs till 3 months to go way. Wish you all best Best regards Dr Eris Ranxha
