Suggest Treatment For Vaginitis And UTI

Question: Is there any way that I can be giving a uti to girls. I'm a man who was sleeping with two girls and they both were getting uti's. The medicine for the uti's would create a yeast infection and then medicene for that would sometimes lead to vaginitis (I think that is what it is...foul smelling). Anyway, now I'm sleeping with only one of the girls but we still are in this uti/yeast infection/vaginitis cycle. I'm afraid somehow it's me (giving her the uti). I have noticed that when I pee, I feel almost a little blockage. No pain or anything, just doesn't seem like I'm peeing with full stream. In XXXXXXX I was tested for chlamidia, ghonnerea and one other thing (sorry about the spelling) but was negative. I've had unprotected sex since so maybe I should be tested again but I want to be tested for the right std's. Can you provide any guidance? Thank you.

Brief Answer:
You can give infection if you are having.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. You can give them infection if you are having. You can go for a urine routine to rule out infection. Urine culture will be helpful to find if there is any bacteria in your urine. You should also test for STDs like chlamydia , gonorrhea and syphilis if you had unprotected sex after your previous std test.

Bacterial vaginosis and yeast infection can occur in absence of genital hygiene and improper cleaning or broad spectrum antibiotic use also. A swab test and urine analysis will be helpful for the girls to rule out this. Intense massaging of genitals and spreading bacteria from anal side due to improper cleaning also can cause these infections.
Using condoms is a best way to prevent spreading infections also. It is possible that any of the girl is a source of infection and you are just transmitting one to another also.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
