Question: I have had a rash for several weeks. Every morning a new spot appears they are very itchy and disturb my sleep. They look like insect bites, red and lumpy with tiny white pimples in the middle. I have gone to incredible lengths to rid my bed and house of any dust mites or such . I have used insecticide bombs, vacuuming, sterilizing of linen etc. My husband does not have any symptoms. The spots only appear on the left side of my torso, breasts, arm..... I have used pharmaceutical creams for scabies , cortisone creams for itching .......no results .......I have attended to my dogs so they have no fleas....

Brief Answer: urticaria Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for the query. You might have developed urticaria. It is an allergic condition and requires prolonged treatment with anti histamines. Can you please upload a close up photograph of the affected area. The photograph attached by you is not helpful. This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better line of management. Waiting for your response. Thank you
