Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection

Question: I'm in a area until Monday where I cannot get to a doctor until then.
41 year old Caucasian female my resting heart rate is 91 BPM I'm not sure of the sista systolic. I've had pain in my back and sides for 5 days a burning aching feeling in my upper left arm and my urine smells bad should I worry or am I okay until Monday

Dear Ma'am ,I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but unfourtanetly your symptoms suggest that you are experiencing a urinary tract infection that may have been complicated with pyelonephritis which is kidney infection.. I would recommend that you drink plenty of fluids ( at least 8 cups daily ) until Monday. On Monday , you should get a urine analysis as soon as possible together with culture and sensitivity test to determine which antibiotic your infection is sensitive to. Also I would recommend that you get an ultrasound abdomen to exclude affection of kidney .. I hope I answered your question..

I added another question to go along with my first one well really not a question but a symptom but I'm also feeling like a like a popping like I don't even know me like a pulsing kind of my stomach my lower stomach
