Hello!
The antibiotic that’s usually used to treat UTIs is Sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim (Bactrim ) for one week.
Other possibilities are Amoxicillin,Ciprofloxacin ,Levofloxacin.

Consult your doctor before taking any medication.

I had gone through your query.

Mediclox ( Cloxacillin ) is an antibiotic and belongs to a group of antibiotics called penicillins.
It is indicated for Staphylococcus aureus infections and staph. aureus is not a common cause of UTI and STD.
It is not in the first line of drugs used to treat a urinary infection or an STD,other antibiotic are preferred to treat these infections.
