Question: I have had a pretty bad year as far as viruses go, I have had episodes of bronchitis, sinusitis, various uris
I work as a CRNA in a cancer facility, I also watch my grandchildren on my days off. I wondering if I should get some sort of immunology work up or I am just unlucky this year/
i did go to a private clinic on weds as my PCP did not have hours

Immunology work up is not necessary rather care regarding exposure to infections and cold weather and avoiding temperature variations are more important.
If you are on treatment for hypertension and reasonably controlled then you can use decongestants in lower doses.
Do saline gargles after meals.
Influenza and pneumococcal vaccines may reduce your morbidity.
