Brief Answer:
Sofosbuvir is an exellent treatment,,,

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you asking HCM.

With regards to chronic hepatitis C treatment, there is a new drug called Sofosbuvir with 90% success and for only 12-24 weeks of treatment (depending on genotype).

May be your doctor is waiting for it, still it is not available in all countries.

However I need to know your liver panel, HCV- RNA, genotype and abdominal ultrasound, to give an accurate opinion.

I kindly ask you to upload your medical data to me.

Hope it was of help.
