Question: I'm experiencing brain shakes or twitching. My head does not shake but my brain does.
ThIS IS A FOLLOW-up on the symptoms mentioned above that were recently dx by a neurosurgeon as Meniere's Disease after an MRI, 24-hour EEG, vertigo, ringing in ears, sudden loss of balance.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

However I must contradict you as your statement is not anatomically possible. The brain doesn't shake or twitch, it is impossible as it has no muscles which can move or twitch or cause any other movement. So either it is a question of a head tremor or I am afraid that that shaking sensation is more of a psychological origin.
I do not think it is due to Meniere's disease either, while Meniere's causes vertigo, ear ringing and loss of balance, it does not cause any abnormal head movement.

For that reason I believe you should see a neurologist to be checked for possibility of tremor. If that is not the case then perhaps an anxiety related issue must be considered.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
