Brief Answer:
Your blood pressure is slightly raised.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms are due to your slightly raised blood pressure. This increase in systolic blood pressure can be due to stress which you are having.

I would advise that you should do yoga and meditation for relaxing the mind.
If the symptoms persists, get yourself clinically examined and investigated. Anxiolytics like alprazolam 0.25mg can be used for relief under medical supervision.

Since your blood pressure is slightly raised, you should get following investigations done :-
1. Lipid profile.
2. Kidney Function Test ( KFT ).
3. Thyroid profile.
4. ECG.

Also follow a salt restricted diet and avoid oily foods.
Monitor your blood pressure regularly. If it remains high, then an antihypertensive can be started.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
