Brief Answer:
Get her blood tested

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on healthcaremagic.
XXXXXXX children suffer from viral infections while presenting with fridge complaints. Such infections do not need to be treated with antibiotics and irrespective of treatment they last for 5 to 7 days before resolving on their own. But I'm too tired worries me and calls for investigation to rule out bacterial cause. I would insist you to get her blood counts and CRP levels checked. Please send the reports there after and I would guide you further. As of now give her some anti allergic like cetirizine. Also give her steam inhalation.

You can visit a doctor and get her evaluated.

I would await your response.

Regards
