Posted on Mon, 2 Nov 2015
Question: In the mornings shortly after waking I experience occasoinal tingling in my arms and face/head area and break out in a moderate to profuse sweat. It subsides after I sit and breath deeply for about five minutes. This only happens in the morning. I am a female age 49. I am just now recovering from a bout of sinus infection and bronchitis. I was on the Z pack and prednisone for about a week.

Has been occurring every morning for about the last week.
I am not diabetic nor do I have hypertension. My bp at last chedk was 110/68.
Which I usually stand particularly close to those numbers upon check ups.
I do not have anxiety attacks nor do I feel that I have feelings of anxiousness.

This only happens with in the first ten minutes of waking up. I do have some
residual feelings of numbness afterwards but that wears off.
