Question: I have had several tick bites. I saw a er doctor and they did blood work, gave me an antibiotic and told me it might be several days before the test came back for lyme disease. I dont have much faith in the hospital i went to. Did he do all he can do at this time or should I see another doctor. Headache, neck stiffness, joint pain, nausea, extreme fatigue, sensitive to light, fever are current symptoms.

Brief Answer:
You have to be hospitalized.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you writing in healthcare magic.

Based on your symptoms above mentioned I think that you must meet an ID specialist and get hospitalization immediately as well you should do head CT and lumbar puncture to exclude meningitis from borreliosis.
Furthermore if the disease involves the central nervous system, your doctor might recommend treatment with an intravenous antibiotic for 14 to 28 days.

I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.
